Folio Direct Mail and Analytical Report Services

Folio Direct Mail applications enable you to target specific physician markets, create personalized correspondence and track mail response. Folio's data can be licensed for single or multiple mailings using pre-determined criteria such as medical specialty, geography, practice setting, education, etc. Data can be formatted in a variety of formats, including Excel, text delimited and DBF, or supplied by printed labels. Both databases and labels can be ranked by zip code or other fields. Mailings are guaranteed to be 95% deliverable.

Electronic files
Electronic formats for Direct Mail applications are $.17 a record for a single mailing subject to a minimum of $350. Discounts are available for multiple mailings to a file. All Folio Direct Mail Application orders require a signed license agreement.

Labels
Label formats for Direct Mail applications are $.12 a record for a single mailing subject to a minimum of $250. Discounts are available for multiple mailings to a file.

Folio produces Analytical Reports customized to meet specific criteria and reported back to you in either printed or pdf formats. Reports can either be based on Folio’s proprietary database, for example reports of group practices with 10 or more physicians, listings of groups with individual physician rosters in a specific zip code area, etc; or can be customized to identify variances between your provider database and Folio’s reference database. Examples of the latter include reports with matching records that have incorrect UPIN or NPI identifiers, records with name or address variances, and records matched to inactive physicians.

Analytical reports are custom priced but have a minimum order charge of $250.
